Mechanical flue solutions

Every service begins with clear optical diagnostics and thorough containment before physical sweeping tools touch the chimney flue.

Level 2 camera scans

Damper and spark arrestor fit

Rotary poly and steel wire brushes remove glazed Stage 2 and Stage 3 creosote deposits from firebox walls and smoke chambers down to bare brick.

Full 360-degree rotating camera optics travel the complete flue length to identify hidden clay liner fractures, mortar voids, and draft restrictions.

Top-sealing damper installations and custom stainless steel spark arrestor caps prevent downdrafts, animal intrusion, and stray roofline embers.
